At PlayEsports.in, we strive to provide a seamless and enjoyable experience for all our participants. However, in
the event of any issues regarding tournament registration, participation, or payment, we offer the following refund
policy to ensure fairness and transparency.
General Refund Policy
Eligibility for Refunds
- Refund requests are only applicable to tournament registrations that were made in error or if the event is
canceled by PlayEsports.in.
- If you accidentally paid for a tournament you did not intend to enter, you must submit a refund request
within 24 hours of registration.
- Refunds will not be issued if a player or team has already participated in a tournament.
- If a tournament is canceled due to circumstances beyond our control (such as technical issues or force majeure), a
full refund will be provided.
Non-Refundable Scenarios
- Refunds will not be issued if you choose to forfeit your participation for any reason after registration.
- Once a tournament has started, no refunds will be provided for any reason.
- Refunds will not be given in case of poor performance, disqualification, or if the participant fails to show up for
scheduled matches.
- Payments for entry fees and purchases related to non-refundable items such as in-game items, merchandise, and
add-ons are non-refundable.
How to Request a Refund
- If you believe you are eligible for a refund, please contact our support team at playesports.in@gmail.com.
- Provide your tournament registration details, including the tournament name, date of registration, and payment
receipt (if applicable).
- Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the issue arising or the tournament's cancellation.
Process for Refunds
Once your refund request is received, PlayEsports.in will review your request and verify your eligibility for a refund.
If your request is approved, we will process the refund and notify you via email. Refunds will typically be processed within
7-10 business days.
Terms & Conditions
- All refunds will be issued via the same payment method used for the initial payment (e.g., UPI, Bank Transfer, etc.).
- PlayEsports.in reserves the right to approve or deny any refund request at its discretion.
- Refunds may not be processed if the request does not meet the criteria mentioned in this policy.
- By registering for any tournament on PlayEsports.in, you acknowledge and accept this refund policy.
By participating in tournaments on PlayEsports.in, you agree to the terms outlined in this refund policy.
